Meet General Manager Benjiman Kent 

General Manager and Director of Golf Benjiman Kent  has been a part of the Persimmon Woods Golf Club staff for seven years. He was elevated to Head Professional in 2006 and added the title of General Manager in October 2008.

A native of Watertown, Minn., Ben moved to St. Louis in 2003 to join the Persimmon Woods staff after terms of service in Minnesota, Florida and Wisconsin.

Ben earned Class A Membership into the PGA of America in 1999, earning Titleist Foot-Joy Apprentice Scholarships during his Member Training with the PGA.

He has 13 years of Golf Merchandise Inventory experience. In 2008, he was honored by the Gateway Section of the PGA of America with the Private Club Merchandiser of the Year Award.

Ben earned his B.A. from the University of Minnesota and his MBA from Marquette University in Milwaukee. He and his wife of seven years, Veronica, recently became parents for the first time with the birth of Payne Alexandyr.
